Today I had the bike on a testbench, and in the below link you can see the HP measured on the back wheel. Exhaust was also measured.
It was measured with main jet #135 (ten above standard), needle lifted one position, white spacer in.
Conclusion: Way to rich. Way to much fuel. So he recommended I went down to #127,5, and needle lowered to middle position, leave white spacer in, e.i. back to factory settings, except for mainjet 2,5 up. Doing that would give me a couple of more hp, he said.
So I went home and did that, but still some farting when shifting gears and some backfire, even though he adjusted the mixture screw by measuring CO2, but maybe I have to adjust it again after rejetting and needle change...?
He said I should control backfiring with the mixture screw alone, not by rejetting or lifting needle. Sometimes they change the pilot jet, but he recommends that for tuned racers only.

Three curves. Third, Fourth and Fifth gear.
